Ingredients:
4 eggs (separated)
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of sweet coconut flakes
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Unsweetened Milk
1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Unsweetened Milk
1 cup of tapioca flour
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
Instructuctions:
Beat egg-whites
Add :
Sugar
Vanilla & Cinnamon
coconut flakes
previously beaten egg-yolks
Coconut milk
- Place in pan using the Baño de María method.
- Bake for 40 minutes (350F).
- Once baked, cool, and refrigerate for at least three hours.
- Add the pineapple juice and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
